The Walls Do the Talking
Pennants over the tables, the Dub Nation mural by the window, 49er Faithful across the back wall. We are not a sports bar — we are a burger counter that happens to love this city's teams, and it shows up in the paint on the walls and in the name of every burger on the menu.
Open Flame, Every Time
Half a pound of Niman Ranch ground beef on The Ace, cooked over an open flame rather than pressed on a flattop. Tomato, lettuce, pickles, onions and sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun. Fries come with it. That is the whole trick.
Every Name Is a Play
The Humdinger brings swiss with sautéed onions and mushrooms. The Birdie is the turkey burger, The Big Tuna is the tuna melt, The Flightless Falcon is grilled chicken. Hot dogs live in The Dog Pound, the salads are Super Bowl Salads, the milkshakes are Shake N' Bake. Every item on the menu is named for the game.
